Are you praying for a miracle? Do you truly understand what a miracle is? What if I told you that what many of us have been taught about miracles is totally misplaced? And that miracles are actually a display of legal operations in various forms? I will demonstrate this assertion in an analysis of the very first documented miracle of Jesus, when he turned water into wine.
This event is documented in John 2:1-11. Let’s begin with a quick definition of a contract. Contracts involve an offer an acceptance and an exchange of value. It is the most ancient formality of interdependence between people. This event that is taught as a miracle is actually the formation-and resulting effect—of a contract.
Jesus and his mother were guests at a wedding. A most embarrassing situation occured. There was no more wine available to serve the guests. Mary, the mother of Jesus, made an offer to him, “Hey, son. Why don't you fix the problem?”
As a matter of law, Jesus’ first response was a rejection of the offer. He was like, “Mom, that’s cringe. I didn't come here for that, and besides, it is not yet time for me to publicize my gangster.”
But Mary, like many moms who are confident in their child’s ability, was unphased by her son’s reluctance. She instructed the servers, “do whatever he tells you to do.” Then she went on about her business getting her party on. Out of honor for his mother, Jesus reconsidered the offer. He accepted her proposal. He accomplished this by taking decisive action to fix the wine problem.
And thus, a contract was formed. They agreed there would be wine—and there was wine.
Miracles are not spooky. They are not gold dust falling out of the sky. I’m tired of seeing people failing in faith. That is why I call the miseducation of spiritual law “mystical mayonnaise” . . .
Where did it come from?
Why is it spooky?
And why do we pray for these things without really understanding the mathematics, logic, and the law that create the event?
Anything that two people agree upon happens. This is the absolute rule of spiritual law. And so it was.
In this particular account, son and his mother agreed that the wine problem would be addressed.
What are your thoughts? Do you see the contract that Jesus made with his mom? Or are you still questioning?
I'll be teaching more spiritual laws at my free webinar, The 3 Laws of Love, and unlock the power of law to become the miracle you have been praying for.
Be blessed and encouraged,
