These are some of my FAVORITE sources for inspiration and strength while navigating the storms of life. 

Here is my recommended daily routine for strengthening your *heart* (mind):

  1. 20 minutes of Bible reading (for example, start with the chapter of Proverbs that matches today’s date. If today is the 15th, read Proverbs Chapter 15)
  2. Quiet reflection/journal for 20 minutes
  3. Motivational listen during morning exercise/routine/before you head out
