My Story

From Powerless to Possibility

Life was very hard before law school as I navigated teen pregnancy, chronic homelessness, and domestic violence. While sitting on a bunk bed in a domestic violence shelter, I questioned all of my past decisions and how I could use the pain of so many lessons to serve a calling higher than myself.

That moment led to advocacy work with youth, foster children, and working families through Atlanta Legal Aid. In 2021, I founded Law for Love, to help families in conflict avoid the cost, combat, and confusion of traditional litigation.
