After your initial consultation, our mediation involves 1-on-1 meetings with each side. 
  • Each meeting is 1-hour long.
  • We recommend meeting with both sides every week.
  • Typically, each side pays for half. But if you agree that one of you will pay the full cost, please notify our office so that we can assist the person who is not making the payment.
Standard Recommendation: 4 sessions Each Side ($1,600)
Within this period of time, we are able to understand your family dynamics, facilitate reconciliation of deep-seated frustration points, and draft an informal mediation agreement. Additional legal services will be necessary if you are seeking to have your agreement filed with the court.

Basic Intervention: 2 Sessions Each Side ($800)
You are pretty close to an agreement, but communication challenges require the safety of mediation to advance your shared goals. and draft an informal mediation agreement. Additional legal services will be necessary if you are seeking to have your agreement filed with the court.

Exploratory Conversation: 1 Session Each Side ($400)

How Long Do We Need?
  • 2 hours (minimum) ......$400

  • Extended flat rates are available for high conflict matters

High-conflict matters may require several months of our support. However, where both parties come to the table with a willingness to give and take, there is a very high likelihood of finding a peaceful path forward. 

Our 3-month mediation process offers a significant value to families as the process is one flat fee and there is no limit to your access for family support.




What Is the difference from court-ordered mediation?
Private mediation puts your family's future 100% in your hands. The only way to access mediation through the courts is to initiate a lawsuit. By choosing a private mediator, your eliminate the cost, combat, and expense of a lawsuit. The process is completely private. Decisions you make are informed by our support and recommendations. The agreement you obtain is not under the pressure of any court mandate. We have also found that family's who utilize this private option typically avoid future court interventions.
