Terms & Conditions

What to expect after you reserve your date:

  1. We will confirm receipt of your half of the mediation reservation fee.
  2. You will be responsible for  forwarding this page to the opposing counsel/party so they can confirm the date and time and submit their half of the payment.
  3. If we have not received booking confirmation or payment from the opposing counsel/party within 72 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled and a refund processed within 7 - 10 days (less a $75 administrative fee).
