1. Nonrefundable Administrative Fee
All refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase are subject to a nonrefundable administrative fee of $575. This fee covers intake, onboarding, and initial processing costs and will be deducted from any eligible refund.
2. Hourly Billing Deduction
All services are billed at a standard rate of $450 per hour. If any time has been worked on your matter before a refund request is made, that time will be calculated and retained from the refund amount, in addition to the administrative fee.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase.
