Non-Disclosure & Participation Agreement

Program: THINK LIKE A LAWYER 101™

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on this day by and between LAW FOR LOVE LLC, facilitated by Sherlyn "Char" Selassie ("Company"), and the undersigned ("Participant").

1. Background and Purpose

The Participant desires to enroll in THINK LIKE A LAWYER 101™ (the "Program"), a trademarked conflict resolution group program designed specifically for professionals of faith. This environment requires a heightened standard of safety, discretion, and vulnerability.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" shall include, but is not limited to:

• Proprietary Materials: All concepts, frameworks, workbooks, videos, and trade secrets related to THINK LIKE A LAWYER 101™.
• Cohort Privacy ("The Safe Space"): The identity of other participants, and any personal stories, conflicts, legal issues, or spiritual struggles shared during the Program.
• Business Operations: Any non-public information regarding LAW FOR LOVE LLC.

3. Obligations of the Participant

The Participant agrees to:

• Strict Non-Disclosure: Not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party (including spouses or church leadership) without express written consent.
• No Recording: Refrain from audio or video recording any sessions.
• Non-Use of IP: Not use the Company’s proprietary materials to create a competing program or consulting service.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall first be submitted to mandatory private mediation facilitated by a certified professional.
