From Courtroom Logic to Corporate Culture
High-performance teams don't fail from a lack of talent — they fail from unmanaged conflict, broken implicit agreements, and personal litigation drag that quietly bleeds productivity from your best people.
I built the Contract to Culture Framework™ to give executives, HR leaders, and operations officers the structural logic that traditional EAPs and mediation miss — turning interpersonal friction into enforceable, sustainable alignment.
The Path Behind the Practice
I am a dynamic, community-oriented attorney who cannot help but love the people I serve. Long before law school, I navigated teen pregnancy, chronic homelessness, and domestic violence. Sitting on a bunk bed in a shelter, I asked myself how the pain of every hard lesson could serve a calling higher than myself.
That question led me to mentor inner-city youth at The Urban League of Broward County, to advocate for children in foster care as a Guardian ad Litem, and eventually to Atlanta Legal Aid Society — where I built the most comprehensive self-help legal resource in the state of Georgia.
In 2021, I founded Law for Love LLC to help families avoid the cost, combat, and confusion of traditional litigation. Along the way, I discovered something powerful: the same contract-law logic I used in the courtroom could transform the way professionals negotiate boundaries, expectations, and relationships — at home and at work.
That discovery became the Contract to Culture Framework™ — and today it equips enterprise leaders to protect their most valuable asset: their people.
Three Pillars of the Framework
Contract law is built on Offer, Acceptance, and Meeting of the Minds. Most workplace breakdowns happen because leaders rely on assumptions instead of enforceable clarity.
Contractual Auditing
I train leaders to separate facts from feelings, audit implicit "workplace contracts," and pinpoint the precise failure point in any breakdown.
Strategic Reconstruction
I apply cross-examination logic and negotiation techniques to establish explicit, clear, and mutually beneficial boundaries between team members.
Litigation Resilience
I equip high-performers to navigate high-conflict personalities without letting legal or interpersonal stress disrupt professional delivery.
Built on Two Decades of Advocacy
From the courtroom to the boardroom, my work sits at the intersection of legal strategy, human empathy, and organizational performance.
