Hello! I am your "never scary visionary." And if you are anything like me, then you have been the one who everyone in your family and community look up to. But after overcoming life's obstacles to land my dream career, I was left feeling empty and exhausted. My marriage was raggedy. I did not enjoy parenting. And I began escaping deeper and deeper into my work, which was the place I felt the most appreciated, valued, and respected. But this came to an unexpected halt with the loss of my mother. And 9 months later, when my baby brother died unexpectedly, I was ready to walk away from everything that made no more sense--particularly, my marriage and even my church.
What began as a painful confrontation with truth became an adventure in discovering my true identity, purpose, and passion in life. I walked away from a job I loved. I launched out into a world of discomfort and stretching. And there I found the treasure I now share with other people of faith--men and women--with whom I share my newfound confidence where law intersects with love. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you, and even partner with you. I am not everyone's cup of tea, and I promise you: I WILL offend you.
